At Perry's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and use a padded envelope or shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
